The main entrance of Braise, was on the second floor ... It got a heavy door, looked a bit as if it was closed ... 
The first dish, i guess is the appetizer, is made up of potato & some kind of unknown thing .. haha .. 
Then is the 1st Entree : Capellini with Cured salmon, French Caviar & Lemon -Caper Vinaigrette ... Salmon with french caviar taste not bad .. 
2nd Entree : Loster Ravioli with Lobster Emulsion ... Although is lobster but it realli taste nothing much, i nearly tot i was prawn & it look like wan tan rite ... haha .. 
3rd Entree : Pan Seared Foie Gras woth Lentils & Muscat Sauce ... Such a complicated name but actually is goose liver, it tasted realli very nice, i like it alot .. 
The main dish, Oven Baked Cod fish with Spiced Crust, Escabeche & ponzu sauce ... The cod fish was ok, but due to my heavy headache, i didnt realli enjoy this dish ... so sad :( 
N lastly, the dessert, is Cinnamon Apple Tart with Vanilla Ice cream ...
